We met Sam at an open house a few months before the property we purchased came up for sale.  From the beginning his warm welcome and easy going nature made him stick out from the crowd.  Sam knew we were travelling an hour each way every weekend to see homes and worked out a time that worked for both of us on a late Saturday afternoon to see a home that would not have an open house for another week, we were very grateful.  When the house we finally purchased came up for sale we called and made arrangements on a weeknight to see it.  We found the house to be exactly as described and made an offer soon after.  There were no games, no nonsense, no imaginary other buyers, we felt it was fairly priced and the owners soon accepted making it a win win win for the sellers, buyers and Sam.  Sam made arrangements for us to inspect the house again at an odd time which worked for us and ensured the house was ready to be moved into on settlement.  He has continued to come through for us as new members of the Rye community by providing suggestions on local contacts and businesses.   We are very happy to have used his services and look forward to his recommendations as a local.
