With a rich family history in real estate, Sam Crowder has continued the tradition. Living and working on the Southern Peninsula, forging his path and building on his considerable family network. He is proud to pay homage to his family’s legacy by establishing a new generation of Crowders Real Estate on the Southern Peninsula.

Sam brings almost 25 years’ of experience in real estate to the Peninsula. Well known in his community for his professionalism, work ethic and consistently outstanding results, he represents an unrivalled level of experience formed by a strong background in the industry.

Sam started his real estate career at John G. Crowder & Sons, which was founded in 1952 by his late grandfather. He credits the foundations from his early career from working in a culture where honesty, hard work and integrity were paramount. Having learned the principles from a young age, it was easy to carry them forward to forge his success.

Moving from commercial and residential property management into residential sales, his success has come from strong negotiation skills and his ability to build rapport with customers and clients.
