Narelle Crowder

After a successful career working in major law firms in the CBD, Narelle relocated to the Peninsula in 1998.  For many years she specialised in conveyancing, wills and probate for Biggs & Co in Rye, receiving the ultimate accolade as an invited Legal Executive by The Institute of Legal Executives in 2001.  After meeting Sam in 2002 and getting married in 2004, Narelle then went on to start a family, a role she has cherished as her best yet.

Today, with three children, together Narelle & Sam have bought, developed and sold several properties locally, giving them an intimate understanding of the process from a personal standpoint.  Narelle’s passion for design gives her a unique edge when advising clients around preparing their homes for sale, and her experience being both a vendor and purchaser via multiple property transactions drives the passion she shares with her husband: to provide every client - no matter the price point - the highest level of service.  Partnering with Sam both at home and in business is the realisation of a shared vision to bring a fresh approach to real estate on the Southern Peninsula.

A natural professional, Narelle’s strong work ethic and attention to detail, combined with her background and experience, brings an incomparable skill set to her role overseeing the operations of Crowders Real Estate office in Rye.
